Peaks a/c is the best. Tried Acosta a/c lost 3 days & $2500 & still broken a/c. Along comes PEAKS a/c & they fixed a/c in 4 hours! Plus they charged $1700. Excellent service Our furnace stopped working all of a sudden I had called peak heating and cooling. I had a technician out to our house within 1 hour . Drew C was very professional. He had diagnosed the problem and gave an estimate upfront . The price was very affordable. Happy to say we have heat now ! Thanks Drew

Noah was great. He informed me of everything that he was doing and why, because I know nothing about furnaces. He even checked for Carbo Monoxide leakage which, there was none.

The tech that arrived for an estimate on the HVAC replacement were extra polite and knowledgeable.

Called this morning because my furnace wouldn’t reset. So they came out and cleaned my furnace and than preferred a part it needs. The igniter went out.

Peak continues to do great work for me post install. Semi annual maintenance today, and Logan spent time talking with me addressing concerns I may have. Very happy.

Our old Mitsubishi mini split failed our heating and cooling needs. We contacted Peak and they found a Hitachi replacement that is works well in Michigan winters and very efficient. All of Peaks service technicians we were in contact with are super knowledgeable and great people. Peak stands by their work service agreements. Highly recommended!

The AI correspondence was not good. No communication there with the actual people. When I finally called the office though, I was set up immediately with a date and time. Great customer service and Alex and Jhayden were very friendly and professional!

My tech was sawyer. My furnace was not working properly and it was extremely cold and these extreme polar vortex weather conditions. He showed up that same day to evaluate my furnace. It needed an extra part, And he went around my work schedule to install it. Highly recommend them they very fast And efficient

Came home to our furnace not working, and it was 45 degrees inside. Peak was the only company out of the 5 that I called who sent someone same day (within 2 hours) to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately we needed a new furnace, but they also sped that process up and we had a new furnace the next day. Super nice people and are there to help, not pressure into anything. Morgan and Sawyer came out to look at our furnace when the motor went out. We recently bought our house and were looking to add an A/C in the summer so we decided to just do a package deal and add a furnace instead of updating our very old one. The guys made the process super easy and explained everything to us thoroughly. Jonathon and Zade came out to install both for us. Peak has been absolutely amazing to work with! They took extra care with us and went above and beyond. We needed a new furnace and was able to get financing approval the same day. Never an ideal time to buy a new furnace but they made the process easy! Installed the new furnace on Sunday and it only took 2 hours for the whole process! Irving did an amazing job! Service was even followed up with a call from the office manager to make sure we were happy with our service! Which to receive a call on a Sunday is unheard of. Anderson came to my home and spent almost 3 hours with me explaining everything in great detail, was very sensitive to our needs and actually listened and asked repeatedly if I was understanding it, refused to progress until I was satisfied in my understanding, Most of all, I was treated like a Member of his Family, if all goes well we will indeed be a member of the Peak Family. I didn't feel as though i was being preached at or being given the Used car salesperson treatment. Above all he was Genuine and Real.
