The furnace at our cabin in MI broke down during the few days that our very mild winter decided to dip below freezing. I called Peak and same day Seth came out to check out our equipment. Fernando Lopez was absolutely amazing and informative with his quote. While I am still obtaining quotes and may not go with this company, I wanted to make sure everyone knew how wonderful it was to talk with Fernando at my appointment. Even if you are just in need of a quote, give Peak Heating and Cooling a chance, their pricing seems pretty reasonable with their deals and 15 year warranty! And I got my appointment in less than 24 hours!
Di was polite and professional when explaining purchase options. He made no attempt to sell higher priced products and seemed concerned with our budget. The one thing that we would have liked was a document that clearly stated our 15 year warranty rather than the boss being called and it being agreed over the phone. The installers were great as well. There was a little confusion regarding the thermostat and this was corrected with no troubles.

Excellent service!! The team of workers sent to the home of my 89 year old mother couldn’t have been nicer or neater. They were very professional and respectful of her house, took great care to make sure there was no mess, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The care in their work was obvious as they took their time to make sure the job was done properly even when it required having to return the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any heating or cooling need.

On Saturday, Feb 24 – Stephen came out to diagnose our furnace issue. He gave us a quote on repair and a number of we wanted a furnace quote.On Friday, March 1 – Colin came out and spent 2 hours going over the hows and whys of the new furnace. He thoroughly explained everything and did not leave until i was comfortable with our conversation.On Monday, March 4 – Marlon and I spoke indepth about what sort of financing product would benefit me the most. He paid attention to all of my concerns and addressed them – and got me a great deal!On Tuesday, March 5- Matt and Jose came and replaced my furnace. They arrived on time and worked quickly. Matt explained our new thermostat and Jose explained the new furnace and things to lookout for in the future.I couldn’t be happier with Peak Heating & Cooling!

Javi was a friendly and knowledgeable technician! Taking a call late in the evening and promptly responding, helped me and my family sleep safely after our furnace went out. In the morning some replacement parts were put in by the same technician and again friendly, knowledgeable and efficient work. The dispatcher or front staff were also extremely friendly with great customer service. 10/10 would reccomend.

Seth came out first to service our furnace. Great knowledge and easy to speak with. Explained everything great and answered all my questions. He was even gracious enough to humor my daughter eating her pretend food. After speaking with him my wife and I decided to have a salesman come out and he scheduled for one to come shortly after he left. Fernando did a great job as well explaining everything to my wife and I. We have two little ones running around and he showed great patience when we had to keep them quiet and calm at times. He said he had nieces and nephews so he handled it like a champ. He made it a smooth process from start to finish in purchasing a new furnace and AC.

We just got our new furnace and AC systems installed today and we could not be happier with the service. Lenny and Matt were the technicians in charge of installation they were both highly professional, quick, clean, knowledgeable, and they stayed well after dark to finish the project up so we had heat again. They stayed on task the entire time, I didn’t even see them take a break once, and were still happy to answer all the questions I had about what they were doing. These are definitely the kind of employees that any business would be fortunate to have. I will for sure do business with Peak again in the future.
We just got done speaking with Angel and his trainee Ryan about getting a new furnace and AC unit. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and then some. They were happy to give us all the information we needed regarding financing the project including 5 different quotes from best to worst value, most of which were in our price range. I would highly recommend doing business with Peak heating, cooling, and electric and I personally would ask for Angel if available.

I run an AFC home. Furnace went out on a Sunday. They found me a emergency technician named Stephen even though they were awfully busy. Stephen was very polite and extremely professional. My initial call was frustrating because I waited all day for the tech to show up and after the 9-5 window I did get a phone call at 7pm requesting a reschedule for the next day. That was frustrating. After asking for the tech to call me for questions I had I was then confident that my problem would be solved the next morning. Javi Jasso was my tech and he was very helpful and understanding on the phone. He made my heating issues a priority the next morning and was able to knock it for me. Quick service. My furnace died and within 2 hrs of calling emergency service, a tech was on his way. Javi was very personable and informative. He assisted well in developing a game plan to get furnace replaced.
